WHAT IS SHIP? We are schools, kids, seniors, farmers, neighbors and main streets working together to encourage healthier eating, being more active and living tobacco-free.

“Powerful Tools for Caregivers” is an educational program designed for family caregivers.

The six-week, in person workshop, is designed to support anyone caring for an older friend or relative.
